Getting a clearer picture of your health shouldn’t be complicated. KnowYou+ lets you collect your sample at home and have it analysed by a CQC-accredited laboratory.

1. Choose your test
Select the health test that’s right for you and purchase your kit online or from a participating pharmacy.

2. Collect your sample at home
Your kit contains everything you need, with clear step-by-step instructions to collect your sample.

3. Return your sample
Place your sample in the packaging provided and send it to the laboratory using the prepaid tracked return envelope.

4. Laboratory analysis
Your sample is analysed by a CQC-accredited laboratory using established laboratory testing methods.

5. Receive your results
Once testing is complete, your results are sent securely by email, with clear information to help you understand them.
